MEMORANDUM OF AVIONICS SOCIETY OF INDIA

Name of the Society shall be AVIONICS SOCIETY OF INDIA.
Registered Office of the society will be situated at C/O Research Centre Imarat (RCI),PO. Vignyana Kancha, Hyderabad - 500069
Attention Dr.S.K.Chaudhuri, Former Director of RCI, Dakshini Harmony Apartment, Flat No: 301, Sri sainagar, Hyderabad - 500081

The objects for which the society is established are:

(a)To promote research in the field of avionics and carry on analytical, experimental and other work in relation to the general object of the society or otherwise to conduct seminars and conference in the field of avionics as well as to motivate the New Generation towards Start Ups and Incubation Centres. The fund available ICAS 2008 seminar to be accepted by the Association which will form its corpus fund.
(b) To foster the growth of healthy fellow feeling, to promote common interest and to maintain a feeling of unity amongst avionics societies of India and abroad.
(c) To keep the Association in touch with the Research Centre Imarat (RCI), Hyderabad as far as practicable and to render all possible help to the said institutions in their endeavours and objects. 
(d) To organize and develop the activities of the avionics engineer community as far as practicable on matters such as social, economic, educational and philanthropic.
(e) To promote the moral, material and industrial progress of Hyderabad in particular and India in general.
(f) To protect the interest of the avionics engineer community of the related institutions on such matters as may concern them.
(g) To act for and represent the avionics engineer community in all public affairs, wherever necessary.
(h) To co-operate with other persons and institutions in attaining the above objects or any of them; and to help any other institutions or movements having objects similar to those of RCI.
(i) To publish news bulletins, monographs, books, leaflets or articles to enhance academic awareness of members and the general public and to keep members informed of the activities of the Association.
(j) To help the needy and poor members in distress.
(k) To arrange for debates, lectures, workshops, seminars and conferences to enhance, diffusion of knowledge amongst avionics engineer community, research workers and the general public.
(l) To support and encourage Entrepreneurship and Startups to the members through web services or otherwise and create forum for the same.
(m) To purchase, take on lease or in exchange or otherwise acquire any moveable or immovable property of any description of any rights and privileges and to sell, mortgage, lease, exchange or otherwise dispose of or deal with all or any of the properties belonging to the Association.
(n) To purchase, or otherwise acquire, build, construct, establish, maintain, reconstruct, equip, alter any buildings, offices, workshops, plants, machinery and other things convenient for all or any of the objects of the Association.
(o) To contribute, from time to time, to any charitable, benevolent or useful subject of a public character, the support of which will, in the opinion of the Association, promote all its objects or any of them.
(p) To amalgamate with any other institution, society, association or body having objects wholly or partially similar to those of this Association.
(q) Generally to do or perform all such other acts and things as may be necessary or conducive to the attainment of all, or any of the above objects or in any way incidental thereto.
(r) For diffusion of knowledge, persons of eminence may be called for with suitable honorarium.
(s) The activities of the Association shall be organised in the state of Andhra Pradesh in particular and in India in general. However, for the purpose, the Association may carry on correspondence with parties outside India.
(t) The income and property of the Association whensoever divided shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Association as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus, remuneration, or otherwise howsoever by way of profile to any member of the Association.

  3. Certified that the Association would not engage in agitational activities to
  4. ventilate to grievances;.
  5. Certified that the Office Bearers signatures are genuinet;.

      We the undersigned persons in the memo have formed in to an association and responsible to run the affairs of the Association and are desirous of getting the Society registered under A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001.
